A reservation, whether by letter, e-mail, fax, telephone or via the internet is a legally binding contract. To protect against late cancellation and guests not turning up, we are obliged to put the following policy into place.

If your booking with Hillview is cancelled prior to six weeks ahead of booking no charge.

If your booking with Hillview is cancelled between 4 & 6 weeks 50% of cost will be required

If your booking with Hillview is cancelled within 4 weeks of intended stay 100% of cost will be required.

The proprietor is entitled to charge the customer's credit or debit card.
